First Formal Interview

So what did everyone think about Obama giving his first formal interview to an Arab TV network? Does it not surprise you? Is he showing his stripes? Is it a stroke of genius? Or is he at best naive to the questions etc doing something like this causes?

Personally I don't know why he would choose an Arab TV network and it kind of upsets me that his first formal interview wasn't addressing us the American people whose country he is supposed to be leading.

Ive seen alot from Obama that makes me think he sees himself more as a world president than a US president. His largest campaign tribute was actually held here in germany not at home. Wierd. So i guess he is focusing on the world to promote that image. Probably good for the world but not so good for the US where his focus should be on according to his job description.

You know I think that you are definitely right about states needing to take back control the problem is that a lot of states have gotten themselves in such a pickle that they can't survive without Federal Funding etc which means that people like Obama use it as a way to get what they want. You are right though states need to stand up and take back their power that the Constitution gives them and stop letting the Federal Government push everyone around.
